Shipping/Refund Policy

 Shipping Policy: 

My current processing time 1-5 business days (excluding weekends) prior to shipment. This business is run by me, Carissa, and me only, which is why our processing time is the way it is.

I offer Ground Advantage Shipping through USPS (3-5 business days) for domestic orders. At this time I do not offer international shipping. If your order takes an excessive time to arrive, please reach out to your local USPS before reaching out to us.

Refund Policy:

I will gladly offer a refund only if the product has been damaged or lost in the mail. Email me at honeyandcharity@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include pictures if the item has been damaged. 

I do not offer exchanges.
